The most versatile cake mix that almost never fails! (We've never had it fail, but I'm sure someone could if they tried hard enough).

How to use

UTILITY CAKE & MUFFIN MIX

500g cake and muffin mix

2 small eggs

200ml water

Mix together and bake at 170C for 30 - 45 minutes (cake) or 15 - 20 minutes (muffins).

* Suggestions for different flavour combinations:

Black Forrest - cocoa/cacao powder & glace cherries

Diced Apricot & White Choc Chip

Choc Chip

Coconut Rough - shredded coconut and cocoa/cacao powder

Sultana Muffins - serve with latherings of butter

Tropical - diced pineapple, desiccated coconut & top with a banana chip to serve

Apple and cinnamon
