Shipping policy

 

Shipping is available Australia-wide. Delivery is available on weekdays and usually within 2-7 days of fulfilling your order. Some interstate orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on location and delivery issues.

Free shipping on metro orders over $150 (up to a value of $20 shipping).

Rates vary depending on location and weight/size of packed order:

Plus Sendle fuel surcharge (currently 6.85%).

Remote rates are charged on top of the national rate at surcharges: $9 (Satchel), $10 (Handbag), $12 (Shoebox), $14 (Briefcase), $18 (Carry-on), and $22 (Check-in). 

Standard cut-off dates for Christmas deliveries:

Dec 9 - Remote, WA & NT

Dec 11 - Remote

Dec 13 - Regional, All deliveries to & from Perth
