How to use

Mix with oil to marinate meat prior to frying or cook together 4 tsp with yoghurt or coconut milk, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger and 800g canned tomatoes to make 'butter chicken' sauce.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
