These can be added to bakes, yoghurt, cereals, granola, biscuits, bread, salad, soup or added to water or juice to boost your fibre intake. Ground linseed (flaxseed meal) is easier to digest and can also be used as an egg replacement in vegan cooking.

How to use

EGG REPLACEMENT
