Epsom salts have a wide variety of uses, however, are best known for their function in relieving sore muscles and joints, aiding sleep and calming the nervous system when used in a relaxing bath.

How to use

Relaxation bath: dissolve 375g per average size bath of warm water.

Fertilizer: sprinkle over the soil for magnesium & sulphur deficiencies or as a foliar spray (375g to 20L water).

Fabric Softener: 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 24 months.
