Organic Mexican -This bean is lighter bodied, but with high grown brightness, offering mild and delicate flavours, with some soft citrus or green apple tones. Its semi-sweet, aromatic and bright. Overall this is a delicate cupping coffee with fine acidity and light body.

Organic Decaf - In the Mountain Water Decaffeination Process, the green coffee beans are immersed in cold mountain water in order to extract the caffeine in a systematic manner resulting in coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine-free.This means you get a beautifully tasting coffee without the caffeine side effects.

Genesis -This 100% Arabica blend of five different origins provides smooth crema, creamy body and is beautifully balanced with long lingering notes of nuts and fine milk chocolate. Perfect as espresso or with milk.

Ethiopian Sidamo - Like most African coffees, Ethiopia Sidamo features a small and greyish bean, yet is valued for its deep, spice and winey or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma. The most distinctive flavour notes found in all Sidamo coffees are lemon and citrus with bright crisp acidity.

How to use

Place 1tsp to 2 tbsp (depending on how strong you like it)ground coffee beans into a plunger, espresso maker, drip filter, Aeropress, reusable coffee pod or other coffee maker and add hot water.Allow brewing for 2 to 10 minutes, strain and drink.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 1 month.
