How to use

Use as per recipe. As a guide, approx 0.9g of powder will set 100mL of neutral liquid for use in jellies, jams and desserts. Acidic liquids may require slightly more. Dissolve in water then bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix well with warm ingredient, then allow to cool and set. Does not re-melt once set.
