An ethically produced alternative to Himalayan Pink Salt, witha comparable nutritional profile of trace elements including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur, iron, manganese, zinc and copper as well as being rich in beta-carotene.
Naturally produced in a pink lake fed by salt aquifers which is hand-harvested in respectful collaboration with the local traditional land-owners. It is dried using solar evaporation in the natural environment which is one of the most environmentally friendly salt production methods globally.
