This rice has the ability to absorb a lot of liquid and flavour without losing its structure during slow cooking of risotto dishes. Great for risotto, stuffed vegetables and paella.

How to use
Bring 0.5 cups rice and 0.75 cups water or broth to boil, cover and simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 24 months.
