Salt flakes from clean, pure, underground, ancient artesian, mineral rich, brine springs located near Doodlakine. The salt crystals are hand picked from clay pans. They are large mild tasting flakes with a tinge of sweetness to them. Perfect as a finishing salt for salads, meats, fish and other dishes.
