Rolled oats can be used as a hot cereal, in chilled overnight oats, cookies, as a filler in meatloaf or meatballs, in a crumble over baked fruit, energy or bliss balls, risotto, homemade muesli or granola, crackers, cakes and muffins.

How to use
Bring 1.5 cups oats with 3.3 cups water or milk to boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with a dash of milk and desired topping.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 9 months.
