An easy to use pizza base mix which results in great bases for homemade pizza every time!

Wheat flour, iodised salt, milk solids non-fat, soy flour, mineral salt (170), emulsifiers (481, 472e), flour treatment agents (516, 300, 223, 920), wheat malt flour, vitamins (thiamin, folate), enzyme (contains wheat)
Contains gluten, milk products and soy. Non-GMO.
How to use
500g pizza base mix
1 to 2 tsp dried yeast
Mix yeast with a little water and allow to dissolve for approximate 3 minutes. Add to pizza mix and combine thoroughly until a smooth dough consistency is reached.
Allow to rise for a classic crust or add toppings immediately for a thin crust pizza.
Bake with toppings for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 220C.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 6 months.
