How to use
600g gluten-free crusty bread mix
30ml vegetable oil
3 heaped tsp. yeast
1. Add liquid ingredients to bowl, then yeast and bread mix. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down bowl. Mix further 4 to 5 minutes
on medium speed. Proof at 38C till at top of tin in height.
2. Bake at 210C 35 to 40 minutes.
* Bake two loaves at a time to reduce oven use and freeze in a reusable bread bag.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
