A versatile loaf that can be used to make gluten-free bread, buns, sweet loaves, savoury scrolls and pizza bases.

Ingredients

Starches (maize, tapioca), modified starch (1403), soy protein, rice flour, egg white, sugar, soy flour, thickeners (464 412), iodised salt, dextrose

Allergens

Contains soy and egg. Non-GMO. Gluten-Free.

How to use

600g gluten-free crusty bread mix

480ml water

30ml vegetable oil

3 heaped tsp. yeast

1. Add liquid ingredients to bowl, then yeast and bread mix. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down bowl. Mix further 4 to 5 minutes

on medium speed. Proof at 38C till at top of tin in height.

2. Bake at 210C 35 to 40 minutes.

* Bake two loaves at a time to reduce oven use and freeze in a reusable bread bag.
