A nutritious snack when air-popped, and a decadently delicious treat if you add toppings such as cocoa, icing sugar, butter, dried fruit, chopped nuts, salt and chocolate bits or caramel!

How to use
Heat a pan on medium heat and add corn kernels, covering with a lid. Shake the pan every 20 to 30 seconds and once popping, shake gently every 5 to 10 seconds. Once popping slows turn off the heat and allow to cool before serving.
50 g dried popping corn will make approximately 2 cups of prepared popcorn.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 18 months.
