Low in fat, high in protein and fibre. Great in baked beans, casseroles, soups, stews and anywhere a mild flavoured bean is called for. Can be used as a substitute for¬†Cannellini or Lima Beans.

How to use
Soak 8 hours. Bring to boil in clean water then simmer for 1 hour.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for more than 24 months.
