Chia seeds have a mild nutty flavour and are a great source of Omega 3, protein, fibre and micronutrients. Can be used for sprinkling over food or in drinks, yoghurt, cereal and baking. Easy to make chia puddings, quick jams and to thicken fillings on raw treats. The only difference between white and black chia seed is the colour so chose for visual appeal.
